Today I've got another great, and also budget friendly gift idea from another incredible Australian lifestyle brand called Mrs. Darcy Lifestyle. As well as kimonos, accessories, and candles, Mrs. Darcy also has a gorgeous little range of hand creams, which would make for the perfect gift.
I love that these hand creams are made in Australia, and without the use of parabens, sulphates, silicones and artificial colours. Actually, they are not called hand creams, but rather hand treatments, no doubt thanks to among others enriched with shea and coco butter and colloidal oatmeal that makes them super nourishing and keep the hands and nails so soft and smooth. But even so, they are so lightweight at the same time, so they absorb into the skin with next to no residue.
But lets talk about the fragrances of these hand creams, which is what makes these hand creams so special, as they smell absolutely divine.
There are four different scents in the range;
- Citrine with Paw Paw & Passion Fruit
- Rose Quartz with Peonies & Fresh Roses
- Sapphire with Chantilly Musk
- Jade with Mandarin, Vetiver & White Cedar
Again, each of these smell absolutely incredible, so its hard to pick a favourite, and I actually like all. The Citrine is gorgeous, and I really like how the Grapefruit gives it such a zesty scent. Often rose scents can be very 'old' but the Rose Quartz has a refreshing fruity scent. Then there's the Sapphire, and while I am usually not a fan of musky scents as I find them very heavy, this one is gorgeous thanks to a touch of florals. Finally, the Jade is probably the most delicate scent of them all with its slightly sweet and juicy mandarin, and it is just beautiful.
All the scents are quite strong, so if you are not into very perfumed scents, then these are not for you - but personally I absolutely adore them, and keep trying to find excuses to use some. And once I have, I just cannot stop smelling the beautiful lush scents on my hands, that last for quite a while.
The creams come in beautiful tubes with pretty floral water colour prints, and equally stunning outer boxes in gorgeous shades, which will make them look beautiful in the bathroom too. These Hand Treatments from Mrs Darcy are so luxurious, and lovely to wear, and would make for the perfect pressie under the tree or even a beautiful hostess present.
